Sound Sanctuary is a chill sound layering app from Eclectic Vibe Ventures LLC. The app is built to give you a quiet place to mix sounds, save presets, run timers, and unlock optional sound packs. We are not trying to build a profile of you. The short version: normal app use stays local, purchases are handled by the app stores, and we do not run ads or marketing trackers.
During normal use, Sound Sanctuary does not ask you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, health data, or advertising ID.
If you email us or choose to submit feedback through the external feedback form, we receive whatever you decide to send. Please keep that in mind and only share what you are comfortable sharing.
Sound Sanctuary stores app settings locally on your device so the app feels like your space when you come back. This may include:
This local data is not sent to an Eclectic Vibe Ventures server. Depending on your device settings, local app data may be included in Android or iOS device backups managed by Google, Apple, or your backup provider.
The Android version uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and Google Play Asset Delivery for optional sound pack delivery. It also uses Android foreground media playback so sounds can keep playing with playback controls.
The Android app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, advertising ID, or notification permissions in the current codebase. The current Android manifest also does not request general internet access; store-related services are handled through Google Play components.
The iOS version uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases, tips, purchase restoration, and entitlement checks. App preferences, trials, custom presets, unlocked packs, and purchase access are stored locally with iOS app storage.
The iOS app does not use App Tracking Transparency, advertising ID tracking, third-party analytics SDKs, location, camera, microphone recording, contacts, photos, or HealthKit in the current codebase.

We do not receive or store your credit card number, banking details, or app store account password. The app may store local purchase/unlock status so purchased packs stay available. Google and Apple may provide developers with purchase, sales, refund, tax, and aggregated reporting information under their own policies.
Trial start dates and trial-used flags are stored locally so the app knows whether a pack trial is active or has already been used.
Sound Sanctuary uses bundled audio and optional paid sound packs. On Android, some packs may be delivered through Google Play Asset Delivery. On iOS, sound content is bundled with the app. Audio files are used for playback and are not used to identify you.
Sound Sanctuary does not include third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or marketing SDKs in the current Android or iOS codebases.
Google Play and Apple may still provide developers with platform-level information such as app installs, sales, ratings, reviews, crash reports, device type, OS version, and performance diagnostics. We use that store-provided information to understand whether the app is working and to improve future updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers. Data is shared only when needed for the app to work through platform services such as Google Play, Apple App Store/StoreKit, device backup systems, or an external form or link you choose to use.
Because normal app data is stored locally, you can clear it from your device:
Deleting local app data does not delete purchase records kept by Google Play or Apple, because those records are managed by the stores. If you sent us an email or feedback form submission and want it deleted from our records, contact us and we will help where we can.
We keep the app intentionally light on data. For the local data that does exist, your device security matters: use your passcode, PIN, biometric lock, and backup settings in the way that feels right for you.
We may update this policy when the app changes, when store requirements change, or when we need to explain things more clearly. The latest version will be available at this URL.
