Lofi Loop Haven is a minimalist ambient sound layering app created by Eclectic Vibe Ventures LLC. We care about your peace of mind — not just your chill vibes — so here’s how we handle your data:

We don’t collect personal data. There’s no login, sign-up, or user account required.

🗑️ Data Deletion

Since we don't collect or store your data remotely:

• All app preferences exist only on your device (we never receive them)
• To erase everything:
  • On Android: Uninstall the app or use Settings → Apps → Lofi Loop Haven → Storage → Clear Data
  • On iOS: Delete the app via Home Screen → Hold App → Remove App → Delete App
• For formal deletion requests (though we have no data to delete): Email us

📊 Anonymous Analytics & Crash Reports

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs. However:

• Google Play provides aggregated install stats and anonymized crash logs (e.g., Android version, device model).
• Apple provides anonymized crash logs and performance data through Xcode/Apple Developer tools if you opt in to share them in your device settings.

These cannot identify you and are not stored by us.

🎚️ App Preferences

Your sound layer settings, volume levels, and saved combinations are stored locally on your device. We do not see or send this data anywhere.

Lofi Loop Haven uses only essential platform libraries provided by Google (for Android) and Apple (for iOS). These components do not collect personal data for our purposes. We do not use advertising networks, marketing trackers, or non-essential third-party SDKs.

Payment processing for add-ons is handled entirely by the platform you purchased from:

• Android: Google Play handles all payments securely.
• iOS: Apple App Store handles all payments securely.

We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Your preferences stay local to your device. For privacy:

• Use your device's security features (PIN, fingerprint, Face ID, passcode)
• Uninstall/Delete the app to wipe all data instantly
